SELF-CARE TIPS
Try Tapping for 1 minute to Decrease Stress!
Tapping and humming for as little as 1 minute, can lower your stress state from 10/10 to 6/10 or lower. You can watch your own stress decrease. Measure your stress on a scale of 1-10 now, 10 being the highest stress, 1 being no stress. Then, follow along with this 1 minute tapping video, while humming (any note). Now, measure your stress again on the scale from 1-10. Did your number go down?
